Ben is the Founder and Managing Director of Think Big NZ Limited which is the parent company for many of Ben’s business ventures and property holdings and management contracts including Full On Limited, Vertical Descent Limited, and the Queenstown Event Center.
Ben is a Director of Management Consulting company Carswell Calder Limited with his brother Tim. Carswell Calder Limited has management contracts with EZY STOR Self Storage, Willowbank Quarter, Prime Residential and is supporting organisations such as Our Stadium Supporters club, Otago University Rugby Club, and the Light Blues Club.
In 2007 Ben launched ‘Big Night Out‘ which is grown to be Queenstown’s most successful pub tours. Where all other pub tours have failed Big Night Out has succeeded and continues to grow in reputation.
Ben is in the process of launching ‘Big Balls’ which will be a Queenstown based Paint ball experience.
